Who handles your information

Hydrogen Solutions Ltd, company number 14814937, is responsible for the information you submit to its investor enquiry team. Registered office: 2nd Floor, Heathmans House, 19 Heathmans Road, London SW6 4TJ. For privacy questions or requests, email enquiries@hydrogensolutionsltd.com.

What this website collects

The entry form collects your name, email address, selected investor category, your confirmation that you have signed the relevant statement and understand the investment risk, and the submission time. It also sends the website address and form information needed to route the message. Please do not submit bank details, identity documents or other sensitive documents through this form.

Hosting, form delivery and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and request logs. Figures you enter in the website's investment calculators are calculated in your browser and are not included in the entry form submission.

Contact and memorandum requests

The contact form sends your name, email, selected enquiry topic and message to the enquiries team through FormSubmit. The “Request PDF by email” button sends a request for the team to email the Information Memorandum to you; it does not automatically attach or send the PDF. If you are signed in, your account email is used. Otherwise, the website uses the contact details remembered from your successful entry in this browser, or asks you to enter them if they are unavailable.

To prevent repeated requests and abuse, the site stores request references, status, timestamps and hashes derived from request content, email addresses and connection IP addresses. These operational records do not contain readable copies of the message, name, email or IP address. They are used to rate-limit requests and recognise retries. They are retained as operational records under the retention criteria below.

Why the information is used

Your details are used to handle your request to enter the investor deal room, keep a record of the declaration you provided, respond to your enquiries and maintain the security of the service. These activities support the company's legitimate interests in managing investor communications and recording access declarations. You can object to this use by contacting the team.

The form requires your contact details and investor confirmation to proceed. You can choose not to submit them and contact the team instead. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. The entry screen does not independently verify your identity, financial position or investor eligibility, and does not make an investment or suitability decision.

Where submissions go

FormSubmit processes the submission and sends it to enquiries@hydrogensolutionsltd.com. The company's email service processes and stores the resulting message. The site is hosted on ChatGPT Sites. These services process information to provide hosting, delivery, storage and security.

FormSubmit's documentation states that it keeps a submission archive for 30 days; messages delivered to the company's inbox are separate records. See FormSubmit's privacy policy and documentation.

How long information is kept

The company retains enquiry and declaration records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain any resulting investor relationship, and address applicable record-keeping obligations or disputes. The relevant criteria are whether the enquiry or relationship remains active and whether the record is still needed for those purposes. Ask the team about the retention of a particular record or request deletion; some records may need to be retained where a legal obligation or other applicable reason prevents deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your information, and request deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the email address above; the team may need information to verify your identity before acting on a request. If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Optional account recognition

If you choose “Sign in with ChatGPT”, ChatGPT provides this site with an account identifier, your account email address and, when available, your name. After a successful signed-in entry submission, the site stores your account identifier, selected investor category and completion time in its database. A recent-attempt timestamp helps prevent duplicate submissions. These records let you skip the form when signed in with the same account on another device. Your account email address is used for the signed-in form submission.

These account records are used for the legitimate interest of remembering your requested access and avoiding repeated declarations and submissions. They are retained while you use this remembered-access service, subject to the record-keeping criteria above. Contact the team to request deletion. “Reset this browser” clears the browser flag and signs you out; it does not delete your account record. Signing in again can restore your remembered entry. The site does not receive your ChatGPT password or conversations.

Previous anonymous submissions cannot be linked automatically to a verified account. You may need to complete the form once after signing in. If you continue without sign-in, recognition remains limited to the current browser.

Browser storage and other websites

This website stores an entry-completed flag in your browser so the entry form need not appear on every visit. It remains until you use “Reset this browser” in the website footer or clear your browser's site data. A temporary submission timestamp may be stored in the current tab to recognise your return from the secure submission page. The entry flags do not contain your name, email or investor category. Separately, after a successful anonymous entry or PDF request, your name and email are saved in this browser to make later PDF and contact requests easier. They remain until you use “Reset this browser” or clear the browser's site data. A pending contact-detail record may be stored temporarily in the current tab when using the hosted submission fallback. On a shared device, use “Reset this browser” when finished.

The page uses Google Fonts. Booking links open Calendly, and the memorandum opens in HubSpot's document viewer. Those providers receive your connection information when their resources load or you visit their services; their own privacy and cookie notices apply. External services may process data outside the UK. Contact the team for current details of the providers, locations and applicable transfer arrangements before sending information if you need clarification. The website’s PDF request button sends directly to the team; ordinary email-address links may open your email application.

No advertising or analytics scripts have been added to this website's application code. Hosting and security services may use their own operational cookies or logs, and FormSubmit may use CAPTCHA on its submission page.
